Our standard rates outside of peak holiday periods are;
WEEKEND: $1400 4pm Friday - 5pm Sunday
MONDAY - FRIDAY: $1995 2pm Monday - 10am Friday
FULL WEEK: $3350 2pm Monday - 5pm Sunday
Special rates apply for Christmas/Easter, School and Public holidays.

Check in after 2pm or 4pm and check out time is no later than 10am or 5pm...depending on your length of stay!
Crisp, quality cotton sheets and fluffy bathroom towels are supplied.
We require a minimum deposit of 25% to confirm and secure your booking. We will hold your booking for 48 hours after we receive your initial booking. Your booking is only confirmed after you receive confirmation from us.
The balance is required a minimum of 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellations made 90 days prior to arrival will receive a full deposit refund.
